Nudibranchs are fascinating and diverse ocean creatures. As with my coral sculptures, I haven’t copied them directly, just been influenced by the shapes, textures and colours.
Hand textured porcelain wall sculpture with a variety of coral textures, coloured with layers of bright underglaze, melted glass and glaze. The piece has been fired to 1250 degrees C. As the design is all the way around the piece it makes a great piece for a coffee table or the wall. The back is concave with lugs for hanging, portrait or landscape orientation, but please make sure the piece is stable on the wall. You may want to add another small tack or a small adhesive pad for extra security.
